 The ICC World T20 Qualifiers
A global system of five regional T20 events (Europe, Africa, Americas, Asia and East Asia Pacific) leads into the ICC WT20 Qualifier to be played in 2014.
 About the Tournament
The ICC European Division 3 Championship consists of Slovenia, Bulgaria, and hosts Estonia playing each other in a Twenty20 round-robin league format. The winners of Division 3 will be promoted to take part with eleven other countries in the ICC European Division 2 Championship in Corfu from 3-8 September.

The matches will be played at the Hipodroom in Tallinn.
