| 1979 | New Zealand tour Singapore. Singapore take part in the first ICC Trophy, finishing fourth out of five teams in their first round group. |

| 1987 | Final Interport match as Singapore play Hong Kong in Singapore. Hong Kong win by 149 runs. |
1989 | Singapore Under-19s play in the Youth Asia Cup in Bangladesh, but their matches don't count as they field over-age players. |
| 1990 | Singapore play in the ICC Trophy in the Netherlands, beating Malaysia and Israel. |
| 1991 | Singapore play in the first Tuanku Ja'afar Cup. |
| 1994 | Singapore have their worst ICC Trophy, finishing 19th out of 20 teams in Nairobi. Singapore win the Tuanku Ja'afar Cup for the first and only time. |
| 1995 | First Stan Nagaiah Trophy series of matches against Malaysia. |
| 1996 | Singapore play in the first ACC Trophy in Malaysia, beating the Maldives and Thailand. |
| 1997 | Singapore finish 14th out of 22 teams in the ICC Trophy in Malaysia. |
| 1998 | Singapore play in the second ACC Trophy in Nepal, only beating Papua New Guinea in the first round. |
| 2000 | Singapore play in the ACC Trophy in the UAE, losing all first round matches against Malaysia, Hong Kong and Kuwait. |
| 2001 | Singapore's final ICC Trophy to date in Canada sees them lose all five first round matches. |
| 2002 | Singapore host the ACC Trophy. They beat the Maldives and Thailand in the first round. Thailand are beaten by 325 runs thanks to a 334 run opening partnership between Zubin Shroff and K Mendis. |
| 2004 | Singapore again fail to progress past the first round of the ACC Trophy. Singapore finish 4th in the ACC Fast Track Counties Tournament. |

| 2006 | Singapore go past the first round of the ACC Trophy for the first time. They finish 5th and qualify for Division Five of the World Cricket League in 2008. Singapore finish 3rd in the ACC Premier League. Singapore women make their international debut, losing to Malaysia by 58 runs. |
| 2007 | Singapore women play in the ACC Women's Tournament in Malaysia. They beat the UAE in the first round but lose to Bangladesh and China. Singapore play in the first ACC Twenty20 Cup, beating Hong Kong and Saudi Arabia in the first round. Chaminda Ruwan makes the highest score of the tournament. Singapore Under-15s win the ACC Under-15 Elite Cup after beating Kuwait in the final. The tournament is shrouded in controversy however, as Singapore and Kuwait are the only two teams to pick 11 eligible players. |
