| History | Capped at Under 16, Under 19 and A level for Scotland, he has been the first-choice keeper since his debut in 1999. At 6 foot 5 inches he is unusually tall for a keeper, but his agility and excellent hands make him especially strong standing up to the stumps. A talented upper-order batsman he played in the ICC Trophy 2001, where he was perhaps the outstanding batsman in the tournament. A member of the winning Intercontinental Cup squad in 2004 and the ICC Tropy in 2005. |
