The Danish season has got off to a great start seen from a worm's point of view. In only one cup match was play possible between the 2 Copenhagen clubs KB and AB, where AB is from the 1st. division. Elitedivision side KB batted for their 40 overs and only managed 127, but then the ground was extremely heavy. AB only managed 3 overs before the weather intervened, but they did manage to lose 3 quick wickets. In the end the match was decided on a bowlout where AB hit twice while KB only managed once. So KB's cup campagne might be short as there is only one match left for them. All teams just play two prelimary matches to decide the four semi-finalists.

The other four matches were postponed and have been rescheduled to the coming weekend. This is possible due to the cancellation of VRA, Holland's visit to Denmark to play the national side. All the postponements were due to the ground conditions as the grass has only just started to grow after a long cold spell. So everyone is hoping for a week of warm weather.
