It's not the lowest total on the cards but not far off, as the Glostrup express bowled Aalborg out for a paltry 16 in reply to the visitiong team's 196.

And how could that come about? NP Kopperholdt replied "Well we were quite pleased when we restricted Glostrup to 196, considering we were without two of our regular seamers but being bowled out for 16 in just simply embarassing. Our Australian David Nankervis was yorked for 2 and the Glostrup bowlers just bowled a full length". Henrik Saxe and David Borchersen took 5 wickets apiece. Unfortunately the scorebook went missing so further information is not available but can you blame them...........

While play was possible in Northern Jutland (Aalborg) it was certainly not in Esbjerg on the west coast due to rain so their match against Svanholm was called off and will be played at a later date.

In the first division Herning was visiting the Copenhagen area where the rain came later in the day and played at Albertslund. Albertslund, even though they have been strengtened, have failed to live up to expectations and again today they only mangaged a low score of 101. Herning had no difficulty in scoring those runs for 4 wickets and it is though they won't have much resistance this year.

Koge were unable to continue their good form from last week and lost to Svanholm's second eleven who today, for the first time, had the services of veterans Mohammed Sadique and Soren Henriksen. Mohammed made 49* despite not having a bat in the hand for 10 months. This was too much for Koge who lost by six wickets.
