VRA batsman Eric Szwarczynski has been named by Dutch national coach Peter Cantrell as an additional member of the squad for the match against Denmark in Utrecht on 10 June.
The South African-born Szwarczynski, who was already in the A team which will play the Danes in Rotterdam the previous day, will provide cover for Bas Zuiderent, who is most unlikely to turn out because of examination commitments. He made his international debut for The Netherlands in the Intercontinental Cup match against Ireland last season, and was in the A side which took part in the recent EurAsia Cup competition in Abu Dhabi.
Cantrell now has a pool of thirteen players for the Denmark game, but it's effectively twelve because of Zuiderent's likely unavailability.
