Sunday's matches saw the two Jutland teams play their second matches in the Copenhagen area. Skanderborg were at KB and had specially imported a Skanderborg player working abroad. Unfortunately his plane from London was late so Peter Grunmald joined the team in the field after 8 overs. The irony of it all was that when Peter went out to bat he was out first ball. Notably a long trip for a short innings. He did however take a wicket bowling but it didn't help Skanderborg very much. KB plundered 260 on the boaord from a rather weak attack. Skanderborg did bat well but not enough, with Danish captain Carsten Pedersen topscoring with 49 out of the 192 Skanderborg got. Skanderborg are now placed one spot from the bottom and finding life very hard.

Husum were at the Pakistani club Norrebro and their notorious ground as conditions there are often sub- standard but it is very hard to communicate with the Copenhagen authorities to improve the situation. Norrebro batted first and posted 185, thanks largly to former Ishoj player Imran Khan with 52. Husum, however, improved on yesterday's poor showing with Gerrit Muller in top form hitting 82 in Husum's 5 wicket win.

In Esbjerg a postponed match from earlier was staged against visiting Svanholm. Svanholm had heavily beaten Skanderborg on the Saturday so they were on the up and again today their batting has vast improved as they beat Esbjerg by 6 wickets. Esbjerg gave Svanholm a scare as Hamad Zamann made inroads in the top order with three quick wickets but Max Overgaard (87*) and Mohammed Siddiq (67*) had an unbroken stand for the sixth wicket getting Svanholm home past Esbjerg's opening score of 202. With these two victories Svanholm are back in the top three together with Husum while Glostrup are still ahead at the top.

In the first division Ishoj are finding life very hard after last year's relegation. The club have lost some of their best players and it showed in today's game agains Svanholm's seconds. Chasing 229 Ishoj could only manage 105.
