After todays match it is hard to believe that the young Kenyan side had dissappointed during this tour as they outplayed a young Danish side without a couple of key players. The Kenyans won by 5 wickets with 22 overs to spare thanks to a display of batting from Tanray Mishra who out of his 72 not out thrashed 18 runs i one over.
Denmark batted first with Zishan Shah in a commanding role holding the innings together with 75 but after batsman no. 5 the innings collapsed as the lower order didn't have the necessary technical skills to play the Kenyan spinners. Denmark were 143 for 5 which was very acceptable but being all out for 159 with 7 overs to spare is not. The young batsmen need to work with their feet movement as to play spin otherwise the same collapse will happen again. Jadavi Bhimi was the pick of the spinners with 3 for 30.
Kenya's openers Mwange and Auma got off to a brisk start and their partnership was first broken at 55, but then Kenya suffered a minor collapse losing 5 wickets for 19 runs. Then Tanya Mishra hit his way through the Danish bowling and the match was over after 28 overs. Only 2 Danish bowlers Aftab Ahmed and Rocky Chawla made a mark and it was obivious the selectors have a problem in finding bowlers good enough to make up the necessary 5.
