Saturday saw Svanholm in Skanderborg where the home side were looking for a victory to avoid the relegation battle, but both teams were hampered with missing players, especially Skanderborg whoose bowling attack isn't that strong. Skanderborg, however ,showed that they can bat and the first four playeers took the lion share of the runs with Rizwan Mahmood yet again topscoring with 55. Skanderborg's 170 was a good total on a slow and heavy out field. Svanholm got themsselves into trouble as the middle order disappeared thanks to Thomas Dam's left arm spinners, but Max Overggard, Bobby Chawla and Th. Vestergaard got Svanholm within 10 runs of the target before Skanderborg broke through leaving it to the last pair to scramble the runs home.

Skanderborg had a postponed fixture on the Sunday against the leaders Glostrup. Skanderborg couldn't match their play from the day before and were all out for a meager 97 with Glostrup's spinner Anders Rasmussen taking 4 for 21. Glostrup wasted no time in getting the runs as they only needed 14 overs for the job. They did lose 4 wckets doing so, three of them to Morten Hedegaard.

Svanholm were in Aalborg on the Sunday. Spinner Glen Larsen could only manage one delivery on the Saturday causing himself an injury. Svanholm had to fly a replacement in at short notice, a replacement who unfortunately made a name for himself dropping an expensive catch against Aalborg, one of five dropped catches as Aalborg had a good day scoring 165. Aalborg thought they could get their first victory of the season as Svanholm slumped to 65 for 5 but Thomas Hansen (60) and Max Overgaard (41*) got Svanholm out of trouble and ruined Aalborg's hopes.

Another postponed match played on the Sunday was between Norrebro and Esbjerg. Norrebro is a Pakistani side who never have had any decent ground and facilities to play on thanks to the Copenhagen Council. Their present residence is the most feared ground to play on, as it is sometime impossible to do so. However a game was played and Esbjerg managed a narrow victory of 11 runs keeping thier hopes of staying in the Elitedivision alive.

The two teams fighting for the bronze medals Husum and KB met on the Saturday in Northern Germany at Husum's ground at Mikkelberg. KB batted first and were 64 for 3 after 20 overs when the rain came down. The weather was with Husum this time round as KB were only allowed a further 7 overs. After some thrashing around KB ended up with 129 runs. However the rain returned and reduced Husum's target to 113 off 27 overs as Denmark do not yet use the D/L method. Husum had no problem in passing this total with 2 overs to spare. Husum are now favorites to take bronze but KB have yet two matches to play.

In the first division another exciting match was played as AB chasing promotion played against Svanholm seconds. AB opened up with 201 for 8 in their allotted overs with star batsman Thomas Louie scoring 70 not out. Bur Svanholm answered back with former Danish captain Soren Henriksen taking AB on hitting 69. With the last over in progres Svanholm only needed one to win but failed to do so, as Bashir Shah's spin was too accurate. So the match ended in a tie and AB will have to make do with second place and a qualification match against the seventh place side in the Elitedivision.
