Rift Valley Sports Club will play host to four teams from the U.K in early 2007. First to visit will be a team from Scotland who will play a Nakuru Combined team on the 7th of January. There will then be a break from visiting teams until March 25th when an England Schools U18 side will take on Nakuru U18s.
April sees two English schools, Eton (1st April) and Giggleswick (7th April) visiting in close succession, both of whom will take on a Nakuru Combined XI.
Hosting these matches will be of great benefit to cricket in the area and it is to be hoped that the Nakuru Combined teams will feature a fair proportion of youngsters.

In other news, the RVCA Senior League will commence on 21st January 2007. The start of the event has been put back until then to enable the schools involved in the RVCA youth program to take part in the competition. Details of the draw will follow nearer the time.
