The ICC announced today that the umpires for the final of the ICC Intercontinental Cup (30 October to 3 November) between Ireland and Namibia, will be Ian Howell (Emirates International Panel of ICC Umpires) and Paul Baldwin (ICC Associate and Affiliate International Umpires' Panel).

The Match referee will be David Jukes.

At the same time they have also confirmed the three umpire panel for the tri-series between Ireland, Zimbabwe and Kenya, which is taking place in Nairobi from October 17-25.
