McKeegan and Thompson set Creevedonnell testing target
Brigade have set Creevedonnell a tough task in their re-arranged NW Senior One clash after posting an impressive 270 all out in their 40 overs.
Opener Gareth McKeegan top scored with 72 which included 9 fours and 3 sixes, sharing stands of 72 with Iftikhar Hussain (18) and 70 with Johnny Thompson.
Thompson hit 6 fours and 4 sixes in his 67, his sixth score over 50, taking his season run tally to 533. Chris Dixon and Trevor Britton both chipped in with 21 as Brigade looked to put the disappointment of Saturday behind them.
Gary Neely (4-40) and skipper Steven Scroggie (3-40) were the most successful of the Creevedonnell attack.
Play resumes tonight (TUE) at 6:30pm.
