In Division 2 Drummond and St Johnston served up an excellent T20 contest with the visitors coming away with the points to leave a three-way tie here as well.

The Saints batted first and Andrew Fleming and Sachin Dixit dug in to post a 58-run first wicket stand, but it took a late 34 from the emerging David Lapsley to help them to a respectable 117 for 4 in their 20 overs.

Mark Averill and Gordon Cooke began the reply in solid fashion with an 82-run partnership but they too struggled to score quickly as it became clear that this one was going down to the wire.

Ryan MacBeth then picked up a couple of crucial wickets for the visitors after Gordon Cooke was run out for 36 but despite 45 from Averill, the Saints had seven runs to spare at the end.
