 2013 Manx Youth Games
This Saturday (18 May 2013) the twelfth HSBC Manx Youth Games will be held. Again cricket is in the programme and if you want to show your support for the youngsters involved, then games will be played at St Ninians Lower School (Bemahague) from 11am to 3pm.
 PHIL SIMMONS
Phil Simmons, the former West Indies star and now the chief coach of Ireland arrived on Saturday 26th January 2013 for two days of intensive training with the Manx Senior squad.

Gareth Dawson, Isle of Man Cricket Development Officer, said, “A big thank you must go to Phil Hudson from ICC Europe for having made this happen and to Cricket Ireland for enabling Phil Simmons to come over and work with the Isle of Man squad. This presented a fantastic opportunity for an affiliate member country and its players to work with an experienced coach from a High Performance Country and hopefully the players took a lot from the weekend”.
