In view of the sometimes substantial discrepancies between the numbers of matches played by teams in the various junior leagues, the Junior Branch Committee has applied the regulation governing the playing of a minimum number of matches. Allowances were however made for extenuating circumstances in some cases. Some teams will however note that the final figures represent not only games played but also where a penalty has been imposed due to nonplaying of matches that could have been refixed.
