4:34 PM No surprise that Tanmay Mishra has received that award. From the off, his was the class innings of the day. The only surprise was he got only two fours in his first 50 but four more after that saw Kenya home with a huge 44 balls to spare. Just as well Stirling got Ireland off to a fast start or the defeat would have been even more embarrassing but his dismissal was a portent of what was to follow. A lot of poor shots after getting set - much like the I-Cup game. Fittingly the game ended with a wide and when was the last time Ireland had 20 bowling extras in an ODI. Definitely a day to forget and maybe it's just as well they have only to wait a couple of days to get this one out of their system

It's a first defeat in the World Cricket League Championship and their first setback on the road to Australia 2015.
