After the recent completion of the NW Regional Coaching Clinics at U11, U13 & U15 level at centres at Limavady Grammar School, The Vale Centre Greysteel, Bready Indoor Centre and Castle Park, Fermanagh when 120 up and coming cricketers took part in 4 weeks of cricket coaching, the Regional Development Coaches and Selectors have selected RDS Training Squad who will train together and prepare for the season ahead.
What we have noticed this year is that the 4 RDS Squads are made up of players from a wider range of clubs (16), which provides evidence that more clubs are now investing more resources into Youth Development.

In addition to the 7 Indoor sessions, we will also be scheduling 2 outdoor sessions per squad prior to the Inter-Provincial Competitions.
This year we have been successful in receiving funding from 'Comic Relief' to assist with the running of these sessions, which allows us to provide quality cricket coaching 12 months of the year.
